Growing in Faith
At the Bridge Community Church, we believe that children of every age should have the privilege to hear God's word AND have fun all in the same place! Our Bridge Kids Celebration begins at 10:30 a.m. and includes classes for children from birth to middle school. Every month we learn about virtues that enhance our lives - like courage and honesty - then we study scriptures that illustrate the importance of these virtues.
Infant Nursery
We provide a safe, fun environment with the necessities to make your time at church with baby a blessed time. Baby Bridgers have a posh rug to master the art of tummy time with fun toys and high chairs for snacks. A private area for nursing mothers includes rocking chairs for you comfort and convenience.
Toddler Class
It's never too early for a child to learn about the Lord and how much He loves them! In our nursery class, toddlers learn scriptures that convey biblical truth to their age level. Don't be surprised when your 2-year-old can tell you that "God made me special" and sing the song he learned. We even have kid-size instruments so they can play along.
Each month, toddlers get a take-home CD of songs which illustrate topics including creation, praise and love. We also provide a monthly flyer for families called "Small Talk" which gives activities and discussion points for parents of little ones.
Kindergarten - 5th Grade
Kindergarten through 5th graders first have a fun group time of worship and praise to God, games and a time of sharing about the virtue and the scripture of the month. Then, during small group time, they connect on a more personal level with the memory verse and lesson. Our small group leaders prepare lessons designed to incorporate participation and input.
